When Florentine Craftsmen opened its doors in New York City more than 90 years ago, it was to offer Americans the finest in hand-crafted garden statuary and ornaments, fountains, gazebos, outdoor furniture, planters, and urns – all in the proudest traditions of European workmanship.

Our product line is based on original designs and molds developed by Florentine Craftsmen founder Vincent Primavera. Mr. Primavera was an Italian émigré and artisan who founded the company in New York City in 1915.

Today we continue the tradition and uphold the same vision, standards, and method of production set by Mr. Primavera. We take great pride in our work, having never fractionalized on the talent or time it takes to maintain a process of superb craftsmanship.

The Florentine Craftsmen product line is handcrafted on premises in our New York facility using the finest materials of lead, bronze, wrought iron, cast aluminum, and stone. By design, Florentine Craftsmen has remained a small company. This is an advantage to our customers, as products are not mass-produced. Our clientele include many of the nation’s leading landscape designers and architects.
